Damn, a nice guy like Grant Langston should not have this much of a rough time. I hope everything works out, and he is shredding gnar soon enough.

I hadn't heard his eye problem turned out so serious! Hope the sugery and folow up do the trick and we can see GL back on the track!!

Class act this guy GL. I remember chatting with him many times when the french gps came around . I hope all the best for him.

"U.S. Open Thursday Press Conference"

Wow, what a difference a year makes. Last year Grant Langston took the overall win at the U.S. Open, and this year he was at the pre-race press conference to talk about how the problem with his eye did turn out to be caused by a melanoma, and that he's had surgery (and will receive radiation therapy) to treat it. He has also considered retirement, but hasn't given up hope of returning to racing.
