Your narrator for this Pit Stop? DeCal Works' Ron Joynt. Ron has lots of racing experience, with MX and shifter karts, where he raced at the National level for several years.

There's some really cool MX memorabilia in the lobby, including a pair of very trick BBR minis. Ron really digs vintage minis as well.

The design department was a busy place.

While we were there, the crew was busy dissecting a new 2014 YZ450F so they could build patterns.

Hold it right there. This is about as close as you're going to get to the top secret inner workings of the printing, laminating, and cutting areas. They've put quite a bit of effort into making it a state-of-the-art facility.
