For 2008 the RM-Z250 get a Keihin FCR38MXS carb, which uses bat-wing style air guide plates. for added accelleration in the mid-to-high RPM ranges. It also gets changes in a modified exhaust port shape, piston profile, internal plates in the muffler, and in the frame design.
