Adam Jones was solid in practice and qualifying, then kicked off his final run in the same fashion until he made a slight mistake in his jump order. Per the rules for Nitro World Games, a rider must claim his tricks and jump set before the run, then follow that run to be scored properly. Adam got two of his jumps mixed up, giving him to zeros amongst his ten point scoring jumps, placing him in eighth out of eight riders in the FMX final.
