Tyla Rattray

At Friday’s KTM team intro, Stefan Everts mentioned that South African Tyla Rattray had returned to the team with some extra speed. Tyla missed a bunch of the ’07 season due to an ACL reconstruction, and said that he’s been working hard on his fitness, as well as his early-moto sprints. It looks like it’s all paying off, as he caught Tommy Searle at the midway point of the first moto, and pulled away. He also mentioned several times that he’d like to come race in the U.S. if he can find a good team that wants him. Any takers?
