Cypress
California, March 12, 2010 –
Yamaha Motor Corporation and DC are pleased to announce a unique new
co-branding promotion geared to drive consumers into both select DC retail locations
and Yamaha motorcycle dealerships nationwide during the busy Spring selling
season..

The
co-promotion is scheduled to begin in mid-March, just in time for the return of
Spring and outdoor activities for millions of action sports enthusiasts
throughout the country. Select DC retail locations will feature DC co-branded
Yamaha TT-R125’s and YZ250F models as prizes and Yamaha dealerships will
benefit from exposure in hundreds of locations throughout the U.S.

“The
DC and Yamaha brands share many common attributes and our company could not be
more excited about this co-branding opportunity,” said David Docktor,
Motorcycle Marketing Manager for Yamaha’s Motorsports Group. “And the fact that
this promotion kicks off this Spring will be just fantastic news for our
dealerships and consumers alike.”

“Our participating DC dealers are excited about the promotion with
Yamaha and it will give them some unique branding and point of purchase displays
for the kickoff of Spring, said Brian Cassaro, DC‘s Action Sports Marketing
Director. “We couldn't be happier about how the relationship with Yamaha is
evolving and growing.
