Yamaha Announces 2008 Freestyle Teams

Cypress, California, November 15, 2007 – Yamaha Motor Corporation is pleased to introduce our factory supported Freestyle teams for the 2008 Freestyle season.

Yamaha is pleased to announce our continuing relationship with Nate Adams.  The “Destroyer” as Nate is known around the Freestyle circles has been on top of the Freestyle ladder for the last few years.  This year he utterly dominated the AST Dew Tour, winning all but one stop and repeating as the Tour Champion.  His performances were so impressive that he was awarded The Dew Tour’s highest honor as the AST Dew Tour Athlete of the Year.

For 2008, Nate will once again be hitting all the major freestyle contests like X Games, Dew Tour, Red Bull X-Fighters and LG World Championship on his YZ250.

Along with Nate, Yamaha is pleased to be supporting Tommy Clowers’ and Jeff Tilton’s freestyle exhibitions and demonstrations.  As the men behind TnT, 4 time X Game Gold Medalist Cowers and Tilton do an excellent job of bringing Freestyle to the masses through the 65 exciting and well produced shows they do throughout the year.
