Press Release

XBRAND racers finish 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th! And lead the World Championships!

It was another amazing weekend of racing for EKS
BRAND goggles. Even thought is was EASTER, and the AMA supercross
series was on hiatus, there was still some huge races going on all over
the world!

AMA Grand National Flat track. Salinas CA.

Easter Sunday didn't slow down the AMA Grand National Flat track
racers over the weekend. The series moved into Salinas California for
the inaugural Salinas TT and Short Track. Saturday's TT saw EKS BRAND
Goggles Henry Wiles battle for the lead only to come up a bit short in
second place. Sammy Halbert finished an impressive 5th while his brother Jethro finished 10th.

Sunday's AMA Grand National Short Track could go down as one of
the greatest racing days in EKS BRAND goggle history. The top four
spots were occupied by EKS BRAND goggle racers! 1st was Henry Wiles, 2nd Jimmy Wood, 3rd Sammy Halbert and 4th Jethro Halbert. Congratulations to all four of these guys!

FIM WORLD MOTOCROSS GP. Vlakenswaard, Netherlands.

The second round of the FIM world championships were held on
Monday in Vlakenswaard. In the MX-1 class every EKS BRAND racer led at
at least one point of the race and EKS BRANDS Steven Frossard came out
of the day with the MX-1 Championship points lead.

Moto 1 saw EKS's Evgeny Bobryshev grab the early lead followed closely by another EKS rider, Steven Frossard.
Frossard made the pass early in the race and lead most of the race
before making a few mistakes and getting passed near the end of the
moto. Frossard rode onto a strong second in that moto.

The Moto 2 hole-shot was blasted by another EKS BRAND racer, Rui Goncalves. Rui
battled with the leaders for most of the race eventually falling to 4th
place for the moto. Frossard had a few mishaps and finished the moto in
5th giving him 4th overall for the day and putting him in the overall
championship points lead. Goncalves finished 5th overall on the day and that result puts him into 5th in the Championship point standings. Bobryshev now sits in 8th place for the overall Championships.

The MX-1 race was a tough one for EKS BRANDS Zach Osborne. Poor
starts hindered the Americans chances at a podium finish. Zach battled
up to an impressive 6th place the first moto but could only muster up
an 8th in the second. This gave Zach 8th overall for the day and
dropped him to 6th place in the overall Championship point standings.

Great JOB EKS BRAND racers!
