Update From Ryan Sipes (2-21-12)

Hello folks!  Hope everybody is doing
great.  Went to the doc today and got some good news…no more sling and
only two more weeks in the cast!  I’m really happy to be able to start
working my shoulder some and get that range of motion back.  She’s
definitely tight right now!  I started electromagnetic therapy today
with Lee Ramage, so I’m really excited about what he does and how it is
going to help me.  After just one session it feels looser already. 

We
are going to do three therapy sessions per week for the next three weeks
and hopefully speed up the process some.  With that and the Tissue
Rejuvenator from Hammer Nutrition that I’m taking, I should have this
thing whooped soon.  It’s like cheating it works so good.  Also, the
doctor said I could start training, so I broke out the spin bike tonight
for a while. 

This cast is going to stink by the time they take it off
me!  I tend to sweat a lot and this thing was soaked after just 40 min.
 Oh well, gotta do my work so I can come back strong!  You have no idea
how much I miss racing and riding.  Gotta be patient.  That’s it for me,
