Press Release

The Ryno Institute

Hello to everyone. With Spring quickly approaching, we at The
Ryno Institute hope you are enjoying the nice weather.  Makes for great
riding and training!

We just wanted to drop you a line and let
you know about our coaching and training programs we are now offering.
With Ryan's busy schedule over the last several months, we felt the need
to change our programs offered to better suit our clients. What better
way to keep in touch with you than a newsletter every month!  With this
being our first issue, we will update you on our prices and what we are
offering.  For future issues, look for more interesting content such as a
riding tip of the month and photos from our schools abroad.

As
always, you can check our website at www.ryanhughesmx.com
for updates, Ryan's Blog and upcoming schools.

We will do our
best to keep you informed with the most up to date school and training
information. Ryan's Blog will also be updated as often as possible with
riding/racing tips and what he's been up to!

We have some really
cool services and items we will be introducing over the next few months,
so be sure to check our site regularly for announcements and releases.

The Ryno Institute

ryno
Ryan Hughes has been coaching
and training elite and upcoming athletes now since his retirement from
professional racing in 2007.  Ryan still continues to do a few select
races each year, as well as travel the globe to teach schools.

Ryan's
U.S. coaching and training program is generally a five day a week
program. Our athletes work together at the track with Ryan two days a
week, for four hours.  The athletes are also in Ryan's private gym for
an hour, three days a week. Our athletes often work together, pushing
each others limits and  improving greatly with Ryan's unique approach to
riding and training.

Ryan has been featured in several magazines
across the globe for his innovative thinking, studying and approach to
teaching motocross athletes. He has studied under Paul Chek and
continues to study under the Chek Institute. Ryan's taken motocross to a
whole new level of teaching, on and off the bike.  Look for Ryan's
DVD's and book coming in the near future.

The Ryno Institute
works with several top motocross athletes such as Ricky Dietrich,
Jessica Patterson, Vince Friese, Jimmy DeCotis and Robbie Maddison to
name a few. Ryan also works with
world-class athletes outside of motocross including Monster World Rally
Team's Ken
Block and Downhill Mountain Bike Champion, Leigh Donovan.
