The Eiffel Tower scenery of the Monster Energy FIM MXoN Presentation

PARIS
(France), 1 September 2011 – The official presentation of the Monster
Energy FIM Motocross of Nations took place this morning in Paris at the
emblematic building of the Eiffel Tower. The French Motorcycling
Federation, in partnership with Youthstream, Monster Energy, FIM,
Motoclub Angerien and Universal Events, took also the opportunity to
present the French team made of Steven Frossard, Gautier Paulin and
Marvin Musquin, in front of the media and the public who attended the
event.

Around midday the Monster Energy Yamaha
riders Steven Frossard and Gautier Paulin arrived at the Eiffel Tower
and they welcomed all the media and fans who gathered together under the
emblematic Parisian building. The riders dedicated some words to the
French crowd and they spent some time with their fans signing some
autographs and taking some pictures. The third rider Marvin Musquin,
former MX2 World Champion, could not attend as he is currently based in
the United States and will make his return just in time for the event.

After attending the media, the riders went to a boat anchored by the
Seine together with Youthstream’s Vice-President Mr. Luigi Zompetti, the
FFM President Mr. Jacques Bolle, French Team Manager Mr. Olivier
Robert, Mr. Jean Pierre Mougin from the French National Olympic and
Sportive Committee and Mr. Jean Marie Boissonnot Saint Jean d’Angely MC
President. They all took part in a press conference, which was followed
up by a beautiful cocktail.

Everybody enjoyed a lot the event, specially the riders, who admitted
that they could have never imagined being the protagonist of the
presentation of a relevant event such as the Monster Energy FIM
Motocross of Nations at the Eiffel Tower. In fact Paulin confessed that
he had never been so close to the iron masterpiece.

The whole French Team is really confident that they can do a good
performance at this 65th edition of the Monster Energy FIM MXoN and they
admitted that they feel like they have many chances to take the
Chamberlain Trophy home.
