Superstar-Packed Entry List Tops 600 for 3rd Annual Stateline Supermoto Challenge This Weekend

Primm, Nevada (April 10, 2007) - For its biggest edition thus far, the Stateline Supermoto Challenge has packed the field with virtually all the superstars of not only supermoto, but quad racing as well.

"I think this is a good indication that supermoto, quad, and the new sport of side-by-side (UTV) racing are all definitely on a growth curve," notes Stateline organizer Marche Karger. "Ever since supermoto became part of the X Games and the AMA renewed its sanction, the sport has been growing by leaps and bounds every year."

This weekend, every OEM manufacturer will be onsite, testing their new equipment, new riders and new team dynamics after a short off-season. Since its inception, Stateline has become the unofficial kickoff of the big-time supermoto season ... the perfect opportunity for riders and their sponsors to get some real racing under their belts against a strong roster of competitors.

Getting bigger every year, another superstar-laden field will crowd the grid at this weekend's 3rd annual Stateline Supermoto Challenge at Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino in Primm, Nevada.

This year, riders include Mark Burkhart and Brandon Currie, flying the Yamaha flag for the still-injured Doug Henry. Supermoto and motocross veteran Micky Dymond is back riding under the All Access banner, and while Troy Lee himself may not suit up for battle, his A-list strike force of Jeff Ward, Cassidy Anderson and David Pingree are expected to twist the throttle. Husky's Gary Trachy is on his way, as are Mach 1's Steve Drew and Danny Casey. Scott Sheak and Carey Hart of Hart & Huntington will appear on the grid, as will Hart's fellow freestyle MX maniac Drake McElroy. On the quad side of the action Nic Granlund, Daryl Rath and Jason Anderson will take on a stacked field of highly motivated podium-seekers.

"There's no better chance in North America for race fans to witness the best going up against the best," states Karger, a comment that might sound immodest if it weren't so true. "We couldn't have wished for a more outstanding group of teams and riders than what we'll have on hand this weekend!"
