Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda Houston Race Report

Houston, TX - The beautiful Reliant stadium in Houston Texas hosted round four of the AMA Supercross series and the Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda team brought their best to battle the other riders. Over forty-eight thousand fans saw team rider Josh Hansen make the 20-man main event and race hard the whole race although crashes held him to a twentieth place finish when it was all said and done. With the single point Josh got, he moved into twenty-third in the overall standings.

His teammate, Troy Adams had problems with first turn crashes and didn’t make the final but his lap times were competitive enough to be right in the mix. Troy looks to rebound this weekend in San Francisco and Hansen looks to keep up his momentum.

“We had an ok race, Josh did well to get into the main but had some crashes in there that hurt him” reported team manager Kenny Watson “We just have to work on getting Troy into the main week in and week out.”  The team has the most exciting pits around with the Rockstar girls, a DJ, lots of Rockstar Energy drink and good times were had by any spectator that dropped by. Make sure you come get an autograph or a free Rockstar Energy drink when the supercross series comes to your town.
