Mechanicsville, MD –
June 21, 2010 –
The Rockstar Energy Suzuki team took to the dirt on
Saturday at the famous Budds Creek Motocross Park in Mechanicsville, MD,
and each racer was looking to build on the momentum that
they had generated in the last few races.

Tommy Hahn qualified
in the top ten in the 450 class and got off to a strong start in the
first moto, but a crash late in the race left him with a separated
shoulder and dropped him back to a 38th place finish for moto 1. Tommy
may have been down, but he certainly wasn't out. Hahn rallied during the
second moto aboard his RM-Z450 despite the obvious pain he was in, and
placed just outside the top ten. Tommy's performance during moto 2 was
enough to earn him 19th overall, and gave him 10 valuable points toward
the championship. He is currently eighth in the race for the 2010 title,
and is looking forward to the next race at Thunder Valley in Colorado.
"I'll be back and ready to ride next week," said Hahn.

Hahn's
250-class teammate Blake Baggett also suffered a stroke of bad luck at
Budds Creek. Blake struck a rock on the step-down before the finish
during the second practice, which caused him to
crash. The crash broke his left humerus, the bone that connects the
shoulder to the elbow, and he was unable to compete as a result of his
injury.  Blake underwent surgery on Saturday night to repair the damage,
and met with his personal doctor today. Fellow 250-racer Hunter Hewitt
carried on for the team, and placed 14th overall after going 17-14 in
the motos.

The next round of the 2010 AMA Pro Motocross
championship will take place at Thunder Valley Motocross Park in
Lakewood, Colorado, and Rockstar Energy Suzuki's Jake Moss will be
making his return to racing in the 450 class. Jake has spent the last
two weeks recovering from the concussion he suffered at Freestone, but
he is now back on his bike and ready to race. "I've been practicing hard
while I was out," said Moss. "I'm hungry now. I want to get out there
and win."

Blake Baggett didn't make
it to the 250 motos after a practice crash sidelined his day at Budds
Creek.

Tommy Hahn and his RM-Z450
rallied to an 11th-place finish in Moto 2 after a rough first moto.

Hunter Hewitt put together
a solid performance at Budds Creek and finished 14th overall in the 250
class.
