Philippaerts at Ponte a Egola next 27th of Feb: The Italian rider talks about the next season

The up-coming season
is at the early beginning, but the protagonists of the world motocross
championship are training at their best in this 2011. Certainly, the
Italian rider David Philippaerts
(Yamaha Factory Monster Energy)
is one among the most expected riders of the next world championship, after
the victory of two years ago and the third place of last year. Surely,
according to his ambitions, the Internazionali d’Italia will be an
important passage, due mainly to the high level of riders and teams entered
until now. Together with him, there will be the other champions of Michele Rinaldi’s Team, the two French
riders Gauthier Paulin e
Steven Frossard.

1)
How is your training for 2011 going on? Which difficulties and which
potentiality do you find in your feeling with the Yamaha 450cc. ZF?

We still need to
complete the set up of my bike and my training is still going on as every
year.
International races are useful to test it: for the moment I’m very
happy, we are making a good job and hope to go on in such a way.

2)
Which riders will be your main opponents in Ponte a Egola?

I don’t think
about opponents, but I hope to make a good training through a great race on
a wonderful track and to pass a little bit more of relaxed time together
with my fans respect than during the world championship.

3)
Any forecast for MX1 and MX2 2011 world championship? Which aims do you
have for 2011?

My aim is always the
same, to make my best to win.

4)
Which should be your added value, accordino to you, in order to became
champion again?

Never give up, even
when it seems to be impossible.

5)
Looking at your results durin
g the last years, when you have been always on top, can you
say to have realised your dreams?

The rider’s
dream is realised in that moment when he wins the world title in the main
class, but none gives up to dream, so now I dream to win it another time.

6)
Do you want to say anoything to your fans?

Thanks guys! I love
my fans because they always support me even when I am in difficult moments
and we hade to face many of them, but they are like me: they never give up
!
You’re great!

follow Internazionali d’Italia, starting from Round#1 at Ponte a
Egola. A unique opportunity for everybody, especially the fans, to watch
the best world riders, racing on one of the best tracks in Italy. Do
not miss such a great Motocross appointment: all the ingredients are ready
