Munn Racing / Ankle-Savers /powered by EBR Performance PRO RACE REPORT, Washougal

Round eight of the Lucas Oil AMA Motocross National Championships at Washougal, Washington. Tevin Tapia leads Munn Racing / Ankle-Savers / KTM Team to its most consistent overall finishes.  The entire KTM 250 SX-F four man squad Hackley, Tapia, Audette and Fitz-Gerald qualified well on their EBR / DEP / Wiseco powered KTM 250 SX-F’s.  Sara Pettersson the teams sole WMX rider qualified solidly inside the top five.

Washougal is a tough, technical, hilly and rutty course, our EBR Performance KTM’s powered up the hills and soaked up the terrain with ease.

Tevin Tapia #211 ran fast inside the top ten in moto one pushing hard in front of his home town crowd. Tapia rock-n-rolled with two 17th place motos and put his KTM 250 SX-F in the points once again.

Gannon Audette #40 is showing some great speed, we are expecting Audette to run well inside the top ten before the season comes to an end. Audette best finish of the day was

20th in moto two.

Kerim Fitz-Gerald #884 was at home on the hills of Washougal. Fitz-Gerald pushed hard both motos with his best finish of 24 in moto one.

Sean Hackley Jr #99 is showing increasing speed the last few races. Hackley qualified 20th fastest. We are expecting Sean to continue to raise the bar and his results to shine.

Sara Pettersson #32 is growing her confidence and finishing top five easily. Sara has so much speed and ability that has not even been tapped yet. When she gets past cruise control expect her to be on top of the box.
