Mormaii Motocross Gear Presented at Canelinha

CANELINHA (BRAZIL), 12 September 2009 – Despite the Saturday program being cancelled due to the heavy rain falling on the track, Mormaii filled out the opening day of the Honda GP of Brazil with the presentation of their brand new Motocross gear.

The production of Mormaii’s first ever Motocross gear marks the company’s deeper involvement in Motocross, starting off with the sponsorship of the FIM Motocross World Championship and with the production of the series’ official sunglasses.

Mormaii’s gear includes helmets and goggles, pants and shirts, body armors and knee braces. Top Brazilian rider Christopher Castro will be using Mormaii’s full gear from this Grand Prix after the positive tests he carried out in several training sessions.

Having already hosted several media and World Championship riders in their factories at Garopaba on Thursday, Mormaii is proud to have helped and supported the FIM Motocross World Championship’s comeback into Brazil after a 10 year absence. Founder and President of Mormaii Dr. Morongo is a Motocross passionate and even taught his younger brother how to ride his first bike; eventually Morongo’s brother won 12 Brazilian Titles and 2 Latin American Titles.
