Press Release

Moose Racing - The Inside Line

On Saturday night the Monster Energy
AMA Supercross series heads north to Oakland, Calif. for its first-ever
stop at the Oakland Coliseum. Last weekend’s race was one of the best
in recent memory and with any luck the fourth round will be much of the
same.

For those not in attendance, CBS will again be showing
next-day (Sunday, January 30th) coverage of the Supercross class
starting at 12:00 p.m. EST, while the Lites class will be shown at 6:00
p.m. EST over on SPEED.

The
fourth round of the AMA Arenacross series is also this weekend but
those competitors will be battling in the mile high city of Denver.
This will be the first two-night stop of the season that will feature
racing action on both Friday and Saturday nights. The Babbitt’s
Kawasaki squad has been a podium threat all season and will be looking
to take their first win of the year inside the Denver Coliseum.

In
the off-road world, the first round of the WORCS bike season is this
weekend at Honolulu Hills Raceway in Taft, Calif. The ATV series kicked
off there last weekend and team rider Josh Frederick earned himself a
podium finish. Frederick’s two wheeled teammates, Justin Soule, Nathan
Woods, Ryan Abbatoye, Johnathan Davis, Corey Floyd, and Kevin Rookstool
will all be looking to start their seasons off with a win in their
respective classes.

Finally, last week we had the chance to
chat with team rider Jerry Harpole. Jerry is a Moose Racing rider who
has been riding and racing for nearly 60 years! Read what he has to say
about his racing career and some of the changes he has seen over the
years right HERE.
