Moose Racing Riders Dominate Across the Globe

With the AMA Arenacross Series winding
down, Moose Racing rider Tyler Bowers increased his points lead this
past weekend at the Council Bluffs, Iowa round.

Friday night action
inside the Mid America Center saw Bowers grab the premier class holeshot
and lead wire-to-wire to claim his ninth win of the 2010 season. Behind
him, Moose Racing teammate Chad Johnson charged back from a rough start
to claim the runner-up position ahead of Thor MX rider Jeff Gibson.

Saturday night’s podium was filled with
three very familiar faces as the Moose Racing trio of Bowers, Johnson
and Josh Demuth swept the podium for the sixth time this year! All three
riders battled bar-to-bar and each held the lead at one point
throughout the 25-lap main event. When the checkered flag flew, Demuth
was the winner followed by Johnson and Bowers.

The man to beat
in the Lites class was Moose Racing’s Daniel Aulsaybrook who raced to a
second place finish on
Friday night
and took top honors on Saturday night for his first career
victory! Just like the premier class, Moose Racing swept the podium on
Saturday night with Aulsaybrook leading the way, followed by Western
Regional points leader A.J. Catanzaro and Jim Neese, who took third for
the second night in a row.

Bowers and Catanzaro are still in
control of the championships in their respective classes as the series
heads to Dayton, Ohio and the Nutter Center for the penultimate round of
competition next weekend.

On the other side of the pond, Moose
Racing off-road rider Tom Sagar added another victory to his impressive
resume as he took the win in the second round of the Putoline XC
Championship held at Buildwas in Shropshire, United Kingdom.

The technical four-mile course was no match
for Sagar as he dominated the 2.5-hour race from start to finish,
proving he is a force to be reckoned with aboard his new Suzuki RMX450Z.

After taking the win, Sagar had this to say, “This event was a
great opportunity to try the new bike in really technical and
challenging terrain and it came up trumps.”

Team manager Paul
Edmondson offered, “Another great result for Tom and the RMX. He’s able
to ride within his limits and still take victory, which is clearly very
positive as we get ready for world competition in the coming weeks and
of course the second round of the British Enduro Championship before
that.”

The next round of the Putoline XC Championship is set for Sunday 11th April at the
Butts Quarry, Ashover, Derbyshire.Insert text here.
