Watsonville, CA – 12/21/07 – Michael Willard, a two time Canadian National Champion, will be riding for CYCRA/Honda/FOX Racing Shox in the Monster Energy/AMA Supercross Championship West Coast Lites Series in 2008. Willard’s Honda CRF 250R will be equipped with a FOX Podium X rear shock and a FOX tuned Showa Fork.

“FOX Racing Shox is excited to be back racing Supercross after a 20 plus year hiatus from the series. We are really looking forward to the season and supporting Michael. He’s been great to work with, he’s a fast rider and his feedback in testing has helped us improve our suspension system and his set-ups,” stated Dan Geery, FOX PowerSports Race Manager.

FOX Racing Shox pioneered Air Shock technology in the 70’s and participated in National Motocross during the 70’s and early part of the 80’s. FOX returned to racing in 2007 with Gavin Gracyk, who won the Privateer of the Year award. “We were fortunate to work with a rider of Gavin’s caliber on our re-entry into Motocross. Working with Gavin last season really helped us kick-start our shock development. We’ll be working with Michael throughout 2008 to further develop our shock that will soon be available to purchase,” reported Dan Geery. Currently FOX sells the Podium X shock for 85, 110 and Honda CRF 150 models. Go to www.foxracingshox.com for the entire Podium X application guide.

FOX Racing Shox is proud to be working with Michael Willard and CYCRA for the 2008 Supercross Lites series. FOX Racing Shox wishes Michael good luck in Anaheim on Jan 5th, 2008 and for the rest of the Monster Energy/AMA Supercross Series.
