Marvin Musquin to Sit Out Indianapolis Supercross

Vital MX - 450 class rookie Marvin Musquin will miss this weekend's Indianapolis Supercross due to a practice crash he had in Santa Clara. The crash left his wrist very sore and as a result he will need to give it time to heal. Get well soon Marvin!

MURRIETA, Calif. – Red Bull KTM Factory rider Marvin Musquin will miss Round 13 of the AMA Supercross Series this Saturday as a result of a practice crash at last weekend’s Santa Clara Supercross.

“It’s a bummer. I was really excited to go back to Indy, I love it there.” Musquin said. “But after my crash last weekend in Santa Clara, my wrist is too painful right now to be able to race. It needs to heal and I don’t want to make it worse, I’m hoping it won’t take too long.”

Red Bull KTM Factory Team Manager Roger De Coster added, “Marvin was doing so good this year and it’s a bummer that the crash last weekend happened. We hope that it will be kept short, to one or two races, and then he can resume racing.”

Round 13 of the AMA Supercross Series will take place this Saturday, April 9 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
