MSR’S WINDHAM DOMINATES SEATTLE SX

April 26,
2010

Corona,
CA
–MSR’s Kevin “K-Dub” Windham simply dominated round 15 of
the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series in Seattle, WA. Kevin is no
stranger to the top step of the podium in Seattle, as his winning
ways date all the way back to 1996 in the 125 class. 14 years later,
Windham notched a convincing Supercross Class victory for the 17th
time in his career.

After
putting a 15 second gap on the field in route to his heat race win,
K-Dub lined up for the main event beaming with confidence. Once in
the main Windham rode a near flawless race, taking the Spike Holeshot
award, posting the fastest lap and leading wire to wire aboard his
Geico Powersports Honda. The win bumped Windham up to third in the
Supercross series standings, a mere 18 points behind injured Ryan
Villopoto.

Throughout
the day’s practice and races Kevin chose MSR’s NXT Rider Inspired
“NYK” gear to keep him comfortable and looking good. Be sure to
check out Windham and fellow MSR teammate Nick Wey in Salt Lake, as
both will be in the 2011 MSR NXT apparel.
