Ken Roczen and Teka manager Markus Bau get to know KTM Mattighofen










Ken
Roczen, the impressive young German MX2 rider who joins the Red Bull
KTM Factory Team as of 2011 and the general manager of Teka, a key
major sponsor of the team have both been to KTM's headquarters in
Mattighofen Austria to be introduced to the world of Orange.


For Ken, who has sparked excitement and expectations with his riding
skills, finishing second to Red Bull KTM's Marvin Musquin in the MX2
world Championship in his full first season of riding got the chance to
experience the Orange family and to talk about the coming season with
KTM Racing boss Pit Beirer, the factory team manager and 10-times world
champion Stefan Everts.

 
In a big week for visitors at the state-of-the-art KTM
Factory, which also houses the KTM Racing Department and the company's
Research and Development, also making the acquaintance of the KTM
Racing in-house team and senios management was Markus Bau the general
manager of Teka, who KTM is delighted to have onboard as a major
sponsor as of the 2011 season. Teka, an international company that
specializes in, among others, high quality kitchen and bathroom ware
both at a domestic and professional level, has had a close link to
Roczen in earlier seasons.

around and introduce them to our extended team, all of which contribute
to our success on and off the track."

 
Roczen, who delivered a spirited attack on KTM's world
champion Martin Musquin and along with KTM's Max Nagl, made an inspired
contribution to vaulting Germany onto the MXoN podium in Thunder Valley
Colorado, will be racing in the Supercross MX Lites in the USA before
returning to contest the MX2 World championship. He, and his teammate
Jeffrey Herlings, two of the youngest riders in the senior paddock are
expected to deliver some of the most exciting track action in the
coming season.
