John Richard Appointed to JT Racing USA Senior Management Team

JT Racing USA is proud to announce the addition of a new team member to
the company's senior management team; John Richard
will be joining the team as Head of Operations and Production. Richard
has extensive experience in action sports industry operations and
development.

Richard. "These are transformative times for the company, and I feel I
will be making significant contributions toward positioning JT Racing
USA back on top as
one of the premier companies on the global motocross landscape."



As JT Racing
USA's new Head of Operations and Production, John Richard will oversee
all aspects of the company's real holdings in terms of inventory and
cost of goods. Richard
will also oversee all aspects of the company's production of consumer
goods and logistics.



John joins
the JT Racing USA team with 14 years of experience in the retail,
consumer goods, and action sports industries. Most recently, Richard
served as Head of Development for
EVS Sports/LIFT Safety in Rancho Dominguez, California. He was
responsible for the development and production and the revenue centers
for the two brands.




Since
a very young age, Richard has been an avid dirt bike rider. Having
worked in action sports for near 15 years in surf, skate, and snow
protective wear, he finally
broke into the moto side of the industry a few years ago, where he
continues to carry a passionate drive to create the most innovative
products on the market. As a rider he is also one of his toughest
critics, pushing the envelope on each
new product he is involved in creating.

Racing team has a rich and strong history and we have some rather large
shoes to fill," Richard commented. "But I feel confident with the team
in place and
David Dray at the helm we have what it takes to honor the brand and
reclaim our title as the number one brand in motocross!"



John grew up
in the Southern California area and began his career in the action
sports with his father who owned and operated Richard Surfboards.
Richard has a 3-year-old son
named Henry Hamilton, and a wife, Jackie, who support him in this most
recent adventure.
