Press Release

Help End Breast Cancer!

Yes, I'm doing it again - I signed up for the 2008 Breast Cancer 3-Day! Last year when I walked, I had just finished my last chemotherapy and was preparing for my radiation treatments. This year, I am cancer free and living large! I want to help others realize this goal as well.

This year there are five people on my tream working to raise $2,200 each. I know that money is tight, but I am asking you anyway, dig deep and donate $20 to myself or one of my team members to help us reach our goal. The name of my team is Team Shasta (not very original, I know).

Just in case you missed my sob story, here is the reader's digest version... In June of 2005, my younger sister passed away from Breast Cancer at the age of 29. In March of 2007, I was diagnosed at age 35. This means, like many others, I have been through some stuff and and then some. However, I am one of the lucky ones that have lived to tell the tale. Therefore you should donate some money to the cause and help me save some boobs, because it is definately too late for mine.

Just follow the link below to visit my personal fundraising page and make a donation.

If you have any questions or want to hear more about what I'm doing, I love talking about the event. Thanks for all of your support. I'm incredibly lucky to have people like you in my life!
