CORONA, Calif. (Sept. 14) - Justin Barcia will be flying the colors for the USA and GEICO in the upcoming Motocross des Nations, Sept. 30-31 in Lommel, Belgium.
Barcia, who recently finished up the Lucas Oil Motocross Championship season second in the 250 class, was selected as one three riders to represent the USA. Barcia will be the MX3 rider, which means he'll ride a 450cc bike at this event.
The GEICO Honda rider recently unveiled his red, white and blue Alias gear at the team's press day. Barcia and teammates Ryan Dungey and Blake Baggett will soon be heading over to Europe to start training.
The Motocross des Nations has a history dating back to 1947 and is an Olympic style team motocross event. Team USA has won every event since 2005 and has 22 wins overall.
