Primm, Nevada (March 28, 2007) - No need to huddle over a pile of receipts and paperwork on the weekend of April 13-15 in order to make a Monday IRS deadline. With the filing deadline pushed back to Tuesday, April 17th this year, you can have the time of your life at the Stateline Supermoto Challenge and still have a full day to prep your return for Uncle Sam.
The Stateline Challenge, North America's largest supermoto event and the unofficial kickoff of the nation's supermoto racing season, has grown bigger than ever in this, its third year. There's still time to register, and event organizer Marche Karger has already received a record-breaking number of entries, which this year looks to approach 600 racers.
"Supermoto racing is clearly gaining momentum," says Karger. "Troy Lee ended last season with his fantastic 'Duel At The Docks' at the Queen Mary, and the AMA has already announced this year's championship series schedule and even added a couple of extra dates. I'm thrilled to be hosting so many great pro and amateur competitors at my event."
In fact, notes Karger, those planning to enjoy this springtime weekend of racing, with temperatures in the low '80s by day and around 60 at night, should hasten to make their reservations at one of the hotel and casino properties in this border hamlet: Buffalo Bill's, Whiskey Pete's, or Primm Valley Resort.
