Go Behind-the-Scenes as JGR Prepares for the Daytona 500

Huntersville, N.C. (February 8, 2010) - For the past two weeks and continuing this week, NASCAR fans have the opportunity for unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to Joe Gibbs Racing as they prepare for the 2010 season-opening Daytona 500.  IMG Sports Media produced four one-hour specials for SPEED with each episode providing a unique perspective of the effort put forth to prepare for the Great American Race.

The third episode of “Countdown To The Daytona 500: Joe Gibbs Racing” will premiere on Tuesday, February 9 at 10:00 p.m. (EST) on SPEED immediately following the re-broadcast of the first episode at 8:00 p.m. (EST) and episode two at 9:00 p.m. (EST).

The show provides a behind-the-scenes look at the shop floor, team meetings and a glimpse into the inner workings of the organization.  There are also interviews with drivers, team executives, crew chiefs and the unsung heroes working hard in the race shop as they prepare for the most anticipated race of the season.
