Camp Chuck Premiere at the Newport Beach Film Festival

The Freestyle Motocross T.V. pilot, Camp
Chuck, is an official
selection to the Newport Beach Film Festival Action Film Series and will
be
screening on April 26th, 2010 at 5:45 p.m.

 Starring X-Games gold medalist Chuck Carothers, Camp Chuck
features top riders and emerging amateurs in a documentary style all
access
look at the fun, the fear, and the determination that is crucial to
making it
in freestyle motocross.

 Filmed on location at Chuck's 60-acre compound in Houston,
Texas, the show includes Oklahoma rider Derek Cook, young ripper Jack
Rowe,
Chile's own Javier and Gabriel Villegas, as well as Mexico's leading FMX
star
Alex Cervantes.

 Camp Chuck's
pilot episode is dedicated to friend and fallen
rider Jeremy Lusk and will be presented in association with The American
Freestyle Motocross Association and The Lusk Legacy Foundation,
dedicated to
protecting the livelihoods of the riders and their families in the event
of severe injury and or death.

 Camp Chuck represents the first major television offering
from
Play Pictures, Executive Producer Robert Hrobak, and Director Marc
Salomon.  The show was shot with dual RED One cameras and finished in
2K.

 Celebrating its 11th anniversary, the
Newport Beach Film
Festival proudly continues its ritual of presenting the ultimate in
cutting
edge action sports cinema from around the world.

 The 2010 NBFF Action Film Series
spotlights films, filmmakers,
athletes, visionaries, industry gurus, artists and designers who have
shaped
the action sports culture and captured its history with their amazing
talent,
creativity, and innovation.
