Boost Mobile/Yamaha of Troy’s Jason Lawrence Keeps Championship Hopes Alive With Podium Finish at Hangtown!

Valencia, California – Jason Lawrence kept his Championship hopes alive this past weekend with a third place overall finish at round two of the AMA Motocross “Lites” National Champion event at the legendary Hangtown Motocross Classic located in Sacramento, California.

After gating horribly off the start of race one and coming around the first lap in 18th place, Lawrence fought hard to finish a well deserved fifth place by race end. In race two, he came out of the gate much better and garnered second place in the race, and third place overall for the day.

The series now travels this next weekend to Firestone County Raceway in Wortham, Texas for round three of the 12 race series.
