Ben Evans Dominates Supercross Lites Rookies on his TiLube Fly Racing Brown Motorsports CRF 250 at Anaheim 1

This past weekend at the much anticipated season opener, the former Arenacross powerhouse team: TiLUBE Fly Racing Brown Motorsports had a great breakout weekend with a top ten finish in the West Coast Supercross Lites Series. Ben Evans #350 finished 9th place in the main after easily qualifying out of his heat race.  “It was nerve racking in front of all the fans and my starts weren’t great, Evans said about his first AMA Supercross race. “Once I got out there, I just rode my best and all my hard work leading up to this race paid off. My lap times were actually faster at the end of the race then they were in the beginning.” At Anaheim 1 the fans saw several Supercross rookies make there debut and Ben was the top finisher amongst them in the 250cc Lites class.

Ben’s teammate Alex Martin #144 also easily made the night show and had almost identical lap times in the day qualifiers. This was his Supercross debut as well, but unfortunately he failed to make the main event. “I was really nervous and rode tight,” Alex said about his first race. “I’m happy to get the first round out of the way. I learned a lot at my first race and now I’m ready for Phoenix.”
