Press Release

Baja Bound Adventures Dual Sport Ride Benefiting RiderDown Foundation Planned

Make your plans now! June 19 – 23, 2008 is Baja Bound Adventure’s Dual Sport Ride! This ride is specifically tailored to bigger bikes (GS, KLR, XRL, HP2’s, etc.) that have a harder time on single tracks with huge rocks and miles of sand whoops. This trip will be very similar and full of Baja fun, but you’ll get your excitement on the good old fashioned beat-up Baja roads!

For each registered guest, Baja Bound Adventures will be donating $100 to the RiderDown Foundation. The ride includes everything you will need during your Baja trip, including transportation, hotels, food, planning and logistics, lead and sweep riders, support trucks and special prizes from the Baja Bound Adventure sponsors. Everything is taken care of for you – all you have to do is ride and enjoy the amazing scenery! In addition to Baja Bound’s prizes, RiderDown has also procured some special gifts and surprises for those participating on this ride.

“I would not venture into Baja with out being within 100 yards of Tim Morton,” says Les Walker, RiderDown Board Member, RDF Team Manager, and frequent Baja rider. “Nobody knows that country like Tim!”

“We look forward to sharing this unique experience and country with all The RiderDown supporters,” says Jennifer and Tim Morton, owners and operators of Baja Bound Adventures.

The ideal group size is 10 – 12 riders, and spaces are expected to be taken fast! Contact Jennifer Morton at Baja Bound Adventures (888-664-2252) to get your spot reserved!
