Answer's Bell & McElrath Leave Their Mark at LL's 2012

Answer Alliance riders Zach Bell and Shane McElrath leave their mark at Loretta’s 2012

Corona, CA- A big congratulations go out to Answer’s Amateur Alliance team rider Zach Bell, who in his final race as an amateur, took home the 250A class title as well as the coveted Horizon Award. Zach pushed hard and fought off some early charges from a deep field of fast racers to win each and every moto in the competitive 250A division. We truly couldn’t be more proud of Zach and although he now moves up to the big show this weekend, he’ll continue to have a big support crew here at Answer. Also, on a final note for Zach Bell and his big debut at Southwick this weekend, his Geico Honda number plates will be donning the old amateur number of Ricky Carmichael and the number, 167.

Everyone at Answer, as well as the Industry and fans at the 2012 Loretta’s National, have been buzzing about Shane McElrath. This past week has been amazing for Shane results-wise and a bit of a whirlwind for the North Carolina native as well! He came away with two very impressive runner-up finishes in both the 250B Stk. and 450B Mod classes. The whirlwind is that it looks like Shane is now a hot commodity in the world of amateur motocross.

The Alliance team had many representatives at Loretta’s to note. We want to thank Dilan Schwartz, Keith Tucker, Brock Bennett, Brad Esper, Max Markolf, Cullin Park, Chad Scogins, Colby Lee, Jalek Swoll, Chase Bell, Cole Barbieri, Jeremy Byrne, Brandon Scharer, and Jayce Pennington for their effort, as it didn’t go unnoticed. Good luck to all the racers and we hope to get them to the top step as they move forward.

Look for some of our Answer Alliance racers at the Monster Energy Cup Invitational, October 20th in Las Vegas, NV.

See you at the races!
