SCOTT Sports MX Division recently completed a hugely successful Product Launch at Coors Field in Denver, CO. The event brought over 20 media members and SCOTT athletes from around the world to have a first look at what’s new from SCOTT Motosports in 2013.

SCOTT presented many new products including the Commander Body Armor. The Commander Body Armor offers neck brace integration construction through its use of articulated plates on the back panel, which alleviate excess pressure and discomfort when wearing a neck brace. The vented, articulated plates allow for the back of any neck brace to be worn comfortably without interfering with the protector. The Commander can be worn under or over the rider’s jersey.

SCOTT’s new line of 450 and 350 apparel received numerous positive remarks from the media. “The 450 Tangent is our favorite of the 450 racewear. The gear has a lot cooler design this year,” remarked GuyB from Vitalmx.com.
MX Apparel continues to be a growing category at SCOTT Sports. 2013 colors and designs are some of the boldest and most stylish to date.

The 2013 Goggle line features more graphics than ever and continues to set the high mark in innovation and function. SCOTT’s patented Fit System, found on the Tyrant and Hustle goggles, has continued to be noted as one of the most significant innovations to goggles in decades.

Debuting 2013 goggles, SCOTT athletes Blake Baggett, Andrew Short and Broc Tickle all earned top podium Moto finishes at the Thunder Valley National. The most notable performance was that of Blake Bagget who battled through the pack in both motos to claim 2nd overall in the Lites class. With periodic thunderstorms throughout the event, all SCOTT athletes benefited from clear vision thanks to our WORKS series tear offs and film systems.
