2008 Acerbis and Scott Gear Presented at Namur

NAMUR, 5 August 2007- In occasion of this weekend’s 60th Grand Prix of Belgium at Namur, Acerbis and Scott presented their 2008 gear.

Acerbis showed their usual two lines, the Profile and the Impact, plus a brand new line, the Alcatraz. The latter features a more aggressive design and more inserts.
In the FIM Motocross World Championships MX1/2/3 Acerbis is currently supporting both Team CAS Honda’s riders Mike Brown and Ken De Dycker, plus Stefan Everts and Yves Demaria. The factory also provides the following teams with their plastics: Kawasaki Racing Europe; KTM Red Bull; KTM Sarholz; AXO KTM Silver Action; Yamaha Motocross.

Also Scott presented three lines for 2008, San Diego, Anaheim and a special limited collection, named Limited. Supporting many riders by providing them with their goggles, Scott introduced some new models for 2008, such as the Bevo Xi, Bevo Xi WFS, 89 Xi FMX and Voltage MX. The boots Genius were the biggest news, as the product is completely made of plastic, and has a special safety system to improve the protection.
