Tim Ferry Will Sit Out Indy

If you’re a competitor in the Supercross class in 2008, it appears that the only thing tougher than making it to the podium is making it through the season intact. Tim Ferry will sit out the Indianapolis round after a practice crash this week that left the Monster Energy Kawasaki rider with some bruised ribs and a bruised spleen.

Currently third in the series points behind Chad Reed and Kevin Windham, Ferry is 14 points ahead of Honda Red Bull Racing’s Davi Millsaps.
