Vince Friese blowing up a berm at the Yamaha track. Different teams test under different conditions...or maybe Nico Izzi still had the remote for the Yamaha track's sprinkler system. Anyway, Vince has shed the long hair that he's run in the past, and looks like he's getting dialed in on the Yamaha.

Matt Goerke will be 450-mounted again in 2010 like he was at the end of '09. Here he's hanging with Will and Craig Decker, who are taking care of the on-track Enzo KYB support while Ross Maeda's recovering from his back injury.

Depending on what stage the tracks are in, they're anywhere from freshly rebuilt to blue-grooved, marbly, and beat down. We'll let you guess what stage this one's at. A couple weeks ago we spotted Nico Izzi and Martin Davalos, who were doing a bit of track touch-up with a Bobcat that they'd rented themselves.

Former racer and Kawasaki test rider Michael Young (who was most recently at DRD) is involved with the MotoConcepts team now, and is helping to coach the riders. Look for the whole team to be sporting a unified look and wearing one (or maybe two for 250 and 450) brands of gear next season.

Now that things are slowing down on the silly season front, here's a first crack at team rosters, numbers, and coasts. If you're working with a rider or team and have updates that should be here, you can send them to GuyB. Also, if you're a rider looking for a team, let us know.

Just thinking outside the box. There are a number of European motorcycle factories that want to get a foot hold in the U.S. Motocross/Supercross series. Example: Husqvarna, TM, Husaberg, Gas Gas, Aprilia, and Beta. All these bikes are very competitive and wining championships in Europe. Mechanics and riders without a team in 2010 and beyond could benefit and/or make name for themself by approaching some these smaller European factories that are selling bikes here in the US and offer to help them start or improve their U.S. Motocross racing program. Riders without a team could offer to race & test their bikes in Motocross/Supercross on a contingency contract or accept a lower salary until the factory increases bike sales in the US or win a championship. Kind of similar to what Mike Alessi is doing with Team KTM in Europe!

So, it looks like goose is staying on with Rockstar & is going to be Dungey's mechanic...I really wanted him to go with Reed, but I like Dungey!

Kyle Chisholm.... Yea he had a few top tens and alot just out side. Not to mention he was in about twelveth in points before the BS SLC race and was in all the mains riding hurt. Think that might deserve a ride!
