Red Bull Signs Multi-Year Deal as Title Sponsor of the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn Ranch

MX Sports and Loretta Lynn's Celebrate 30
Years of Amateur MX in 2011

Morgantown, W.Va. (June 17, 2011) -
MX Sports is proud to welcome Red Bull Energy Drink as the title
sponsor of the 2011 Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship
at Loretta Lynn Ranch-the world's largest and most prestigious amateur
motocross race.

The Loretta Lynn's race, which was founded in 1982 at the home of country music icon Loretta Lynn, will celebrate its 30th
Anniversary this summer. As the most prestigious amateur motocross race
in the world, Loretta Lynn's serves as the last step in the graduation
of young athletes to the professional ranks of AMA Motocross and
Supercross.

A premier sponsor of the Loretta Lynn's event for many
years, Red Bull has produced a variety of spectacular activations
during the weeklong AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, from
skydivers and trials demos, to freestyle motocross and movie night in
the town square. Red Bull is now taking its support of amateur motocross
to the next level by assuming the heightened role as title sponsor of
the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship. Motocross is a large
part of Red Bull's presence in the world of action sports, both as an
elite sponsor and energy drink choice at the races.

"We are
extremely excited to welcome Red Bull as not only the title sponsor of
the 2011 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, but for many years
to come," said Tim Cotter, Director of MX Sports. "We've had a
longstanding relationship with Red Bull and this new partnership will be
very beneficial to our athletes and their families. Red Bull's media
assets are remarkably powerful and this type of media exposure will
elevate amateur motocross to the next level."

"Many of our
participants have already seen Red Bull's growing presence at this
year's Regional Championships," added Cotter. "There are many major
enhancements planned for this year's National at Loretta Lynn's and you
will see more activation beginning with the Area Qualifiers in 2012."

The
Red Bull Media House is an Emmy Award-winning global media company that
develops and distributes lifestyle, culture and sports programming that
speaks to the coveted and elusive male demographic. Red Bull Media
House will produce "The Road to Loretta's" television program, which
highlights the real-life journey of many amateur racers and their
families as they work through the highly-competitive qualifying process
for the Red Bull AMA Amateur National, and their run for a championship
title at Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. The Road to
Loretta's, as well as a post-event program, will air on VERSUS Network September 11 and 18 at 5:30 p.m. EST.

As
part of its full commitment to the sport, Red Bull also backs a
talented group of amateur racers through its JAMS program, as well as a
wide array of professionals who have tasted success at the ranch.

"Loretta
Lynn's will always be a special place to me from my amateur career,"
said multi-time AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross Champion James Stewart,
a nine-time Loretta Lynn's winner. "I'm excited to see Red Bull, one of
my longtime sponsors, partner with MX Sports. I know how much Red Bull
supports motocross and this already great event will definitely benefit
from their involvement."

The National Final will be held August
1-6 at the home of country music legend Loretta Lynn in Hurricane Mills,
Tenn. In 2011, thirty-five champions will be crowned at what marks the
30th Anniversary celebration of the greatest motocross
vacation in the world - the Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross
Championship.
