Iran To Host Asian Motocross Championship

Iran will host the 2008 Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Asian Motocross Championship Round 2 on June 27.


The Round 2 of the Asia MX Championship including 125 cc class motorcycles will be held in the Iranian industrial city of Kaveh with participation of 11 teams from different countries.


The participant teams are from Iran, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, India, the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, China, Mongolia, Malaysia and Singapore.


The president of FIM's Motocross Commission Wolfgang Srb and two representatives of the UAE Motor and Motorcycling Federation will take part in the sport event as special guests.
