Husqvarna Unveils 2011 Team Ricci and Michael Leib 5

Last week Husqvarna introduced to media the new Factory Team for 2011. The Italian-based factory will be back in GP circuit after some years and started a deal with Team Ricci, one of the most professional team on GP circuit with more than ten years experience in racing World Championships Series. Team Ricci will use the brand new Factory TC250 and will have a two rider team in the MX2 Championship.

We've got an American to cheer for during the 2011 GP season. Good luck, Michael.

The riders are Italian Alessandro Lupino, 14th in 2010 MX2 GP, and American Michael Leib. Leib switched to Team Ricci and Husqvarna after a promising first GP appearance in 2010. The 20 year-old American from Menifee, California, will ride the brand new full factory TC250 Husqvarna. Michael is very happy to be in Italy and to be a part of Team Ricci; he found a new family in the Team and he really appreciated to be a part of this new and ambitous project. He tested the new bike at first in Italy in late november, then he moved to California and completed his winter training in sunny california. He really likes the new bike and he declared, "It's getting better and better everytimes I ride it."

Team Husqvarna Ricci will make his debut at the first round of “INTERNAZIONALI d'ITALIA” Championship in Ponte a Egola, Italy, on February 20th.
