5/12/2009 2:32 PM I have a couple more vids uploaded from the same ride. I have about 3 more to upload (takes a long time). Yes, June 7th is the first Hare Scramble. We have our first hillclimb coming up this weekend (assuming we don't get rained out, looks good for now).
Regarding membership that's tricky. We have a 75 active member cap (not counting lifetime members). The waiting list is about 2 years long at the moment but if you do get on the list and your number comes up I think the initial fee is $250. Then the yearly membership is $350 IF you don't do any work days. If you get 6 work days (including a minimum of 2 events) and you make the mandatory election meeting your membership for the year is only $50. That includes immediate family members (if they are minors). The work days are usually pretty fun though and we only work for around 4 hours and then we eat (on the club) and then ride the rest of the day. |
