We had a guy like that back in the day named Gary Don. He had some sort of mental disability that made him about 20% off from normal... anyway, he would come into the shop once a week buying tires and shit saying that he had just raced at such and such track and wore his tires out. He probably spent 2 grand a month in the local shop for a year before his wife finally came in one day and basically said "Look he's got no concept of money, Im the one who takes care of the finances, and he hasn't even ridden his motorcycle in 5 years...."
He kinda acted like this guy on here. In person he kinda seemed like he'd been struck by lightning or something!

It is a little strange for sure , but the guy has pics of his bike in his profile all done up with A-kit and so forth. So he's definitely into the bike thing for sure.
