Thuner Valley manditory membership wich is like ten or twenty dollars, then it is ten bucks a visit. It is open every day weather permiting, good soil and a very nice track. They also host races including the national. Watkins non manditory membership ten dollars a visit eight for members, not sure what membership costs never been a member. If the pro track is preped and waterd it is very fun place. The pro track is not one of the hardest in colorado but like i said if prepped can be very fun. There are also a couple of beginer tracks and some open riding land. I would suggest this place for beginer riders looking to try mx. The three different tracks is a good idea i think for beginers it can help you progress a lot. You basically could work your way up. Watkins is always open ive even been there with snow covering all the tracks, not very fun unless you have some studed tires. Berthoud manditory membership i think membership is like twenty, or twenty five dollars, and i belive it is rite around ten dollars a ride. There are two MXtracks, a supercross track, hare scramble trails, flat track, and some open riding land. The soil is like hardpack and sandy. I heard that the owners have sold the track to land developers im not sure when it will close. So hit it up as soon as you can. Fuck Barret Jackson! |

Cygnus - how's the snow been treating you down there lately? Should be drying out a bit this weekend, I'm ready for some springtime in the Rockies!
I tried getting a hold of you a while back but my emails to your site kept getting bounced back. I'd like to talk with you a bit sometime soon. My email is bv@riderdown.org, let me know when's the best time for you. Thanks! |
