Hi,
My name is Dave Edwards, I'm the board president and event coordinator for a large 1st annual BBQ festival that will take place August 1st and 2nd 2015 in Sublimity Oregon, 9 miles South East of Salem, at the Harvest Festival Site on hiway 22. This will be a large festival with professional and amateur bbq contests, live music, vendors, kids zone, car show, etc. etc. We have available a dirt tract arena, the dirt area is about 150' x 450' we would like to bring in a motor cross event to hold in this area. Is this area large enough to stage some kind of event? We would like to have someone or some group set it up and run it, Our interest is increasing the attendance flow thru the front gate. If anyone is interested please contact me. We are also open to any other ideas that would work in this area.
