Who We are
Motokazie, Inc. is a motorsports promotions company based out of Jordan, MN; and operating tracks in Jordan, Plainview, and Mankato, MN. We have been promoting motocross and supercross races and practices in the Midwest for 15 years. We are currently looking to fill two full time positions to help with our current events and our new project being built in Faribault, MN.
Position 1: Facility/ Track Manager. Candidate to possess strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to lead in track operations and maintenance. Must be proficient in operation of large trucks and earth moving equipment/ tractors. CDL would be helpful; but we are willing to train. Must have extensive knowledge about motocross. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a flexible schedule. High School diploma or equivalent required. Management experience a plus.
Job Description tasks:
• Move equipment from one facility to another
• Operate equipment to groom and maintain race tracks
• Supervise track staff to prepare for event and during event
• Assist customers with questions or concerns
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings
Position 2: Track Worker. Candidate to possess strong communication skills and strong work ethic. Must have knowledge of lawn, skidloader and other maintenance type equipment . CDL would be helpful; but we are willing to train. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a flexible schedule. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Job Description tasks:
• Mowing, weed whipping of facilities
• Event set up – water of track, stringing ribbons, hanging banners
• Assist customers with questions or concerns
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings.

• Values Timely Communication: Written and verbal communication and documentation skills

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to enter/ exit the driver's compartment of the truck using normally available footholds and handholds
• Must be able to work with or around chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
Compensation based on experience.
