82 cr250r spitting oil ,what is wrong

The guy I bought bike from didn't t tell me that he just put new DG pipe on and never re adjusted the carb ,is it simply a matter of getting air screw setting right.help I wanna ride

It's a crank seal.

Those spit oil bad when they were new they ran kinda rich , but if its real bad yes the clutch side crank seal could be popped out , they backfire and pop them out ,
