Looking for the torque specifications. I recently purchased a brand new set of upper and lower clamps for my 06 RM250.

Upper clamp tube pinch bolts?

Lower clamp pinch bolts

Handle Bar pinch bolts

Dampener bolts that hold the bar mounts

Thanks....... If any one has documentation that would be great.

I have a factory service manual. I'm sure that torque specifications are not the same. I have called RG3 numerous times along with several RG3 service centers looking for info.

It's the same torque value as what is in your service manual. I've had an 06 RM250 for ten years with RG3 clamps

Call rg3. If the part that holds the fork is thicker/thinner it will require a different spec. Bending 1/8” aluminum at 10ft lbs is easier than bending 1/4” alumimum at 10ft lbs.

After several days of trying to get in touch with RG3.... I spoke to a real person. RG3 is having phone issues, which explains why no answer, v/m or anything. Got all the torque spec's I was looking for.

Thanks

RG3 is still in business and still offering new clamp sets for 2006 RM250's? Wow. I emailed with no response and also tried calling with no response 2 weeks ago. Would have preferred the RG3 clamps but had to go with Applied instead.

These were NOS from several years back. My suspension tuner mentioned to me that he had a brand new set for a RM250 for the Showa forks asked if I wanted them?? Verified the part # for the upper and lowers... good to go! Pressed in a new stem and bearing set and were good!
