Hey guys, my o ring on my clutch save piston broke and pretty much melted over time. It's on a 2016 250sxf.

I randomly had an oring that works and seems to be holding. But would be cool to have a backup. KTM doesn't sell a rebuild kit any more or break down the Piston parts online.

Anyone have experience finding one for this fit?

Thanks!

Does the parts fiche have the size ? Honda do for suspension and I bought the high end ones from eBay from those measurements

Are you sure you can't just buy the o ring itself? Atlest I can here in Sweden from a KTM dealer.

So here's the diagram posted below. Inside the actual slave(part 27) there's a Piston and oring. They don't sell what alone. That's the oring that broke.

It's not a big deal, just looking for a back up so I don't have to buy a $150 slave because the $2 oring broke. Weird situation.

Joe - Rekluse includes a replacement oring with their EXP kits, which has a replacement slave. I'm sure you could buy one from them.

Call a dealership and they should be able to give you the size.
I tried and they don't have any info on it either. I'll check out the Rekluse option or maybe just get a slave off eBay...

Why not just go to Harbor Freight and buy the complete set of Metric O-rings for a few dollars. I have found that almost every size of metric o-ring I have needed to be included.

I tried that, metric and standard. They are too thick.
