Cr125 cylinder help and porting recommendations

so what do i do with this cylinder, big bore, resleeve, or re bore? Whats the cheapest and what are yall's porting recomondations ive been thinking about going with tlr performance. Btw, this is going on an 02 cr125.

wouldnt have that much rust on it if it wasnt already sleeved
are you going to ride it?
the sleeve will create hot spots, and you will never jet it rite

Can you educate me on why a resleeved cylinder is bad and how it relates to jetting

it dosnt transfer heat like the .005" thick plating does, that sleeve is about .080 thick or more, and it aint going to work rite
but do what you want
its not my bike and im done with the free advice

Send it to Millennium. Its not going to be cheap but in 4 weeks it will be like new.

One stop shop, you can get everything including the gasket kit from them and you won't have to worry about shipping your parts back and forth for sizing.

Millennium technologies can fix that no problem. If that's going on an 02 CR make sure you have the mathching primary cover and powervalve governor. That cylinder won't fit without those parts also

It will run with 02 governor just not 96 style actuator arm. I have ran both governors and there wasn't any big difference that we could tell. I have a couple laying around if needed.............

38 PWK Airstryker and 03 KX125 pipe and it's a whole different bike than stock........
