09 RMZ 450 help

So I have found a couple wires that are cut and I'm not too sure if they were cut on purpose or not, and if so what would be the reasoning?
The first 2 are on the air boot connecting the air box to throttle body and then 2 more under the front number plate.

The first one (correct me if Im wrong) is the air temp sensor. To my knowledge it wont hurt anything if it becomes disconnected, but will just default to the base setting. A friends bike had that happen and he rode for a while before noticing it, didnt really make a huge difference. Not sure about the bottom ones.

I think the black and red are the power lines if you want to run a power commander
